From d 0 to 7, ADG (Table 7) was not affected by
treatment (P > .121, although pigs fed soybean oil
tended to have the greatest ADG, and pigs fed
tallow the lowest. Daily feed intake was greater for
pigs fed soybean oil than for those fed other
treatments (P c .04) and was improved with the
addition of soybean oil, lecithin, and monoglyceride
to tallow (P e .05). Lecithin resulted in greater
G/F than did monoglyceride (P c .09)
