Please have a meeting with your guys there and strongly remind them that the mistake below will have impact on the salaries as the client will refuse to pay the miss out days they don’t key in the attendance.
What we can do with Nissorn is to issue an official letter to all employees at site (our and free lancers) that as of now, the salaries will be paid based on the attendance system at site. But Nissorn has to cross check if this in line with Thai law . However if this is the agreement at site, everyone has to follow. If BASF will start to deduct the amounts, we will do the same, that’s a clear message.
