Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM. If you will not be at home please provide an alternate delivery address where there will be somebody available to sign for delivery. If you are not at home the courier will leave a card for you to rearrange delivery. You can then call to arrange an alternate delivery time which is convenient to you. If you fail to contact us to arrange re-delivery your parcel will be returned to us. Should your parcel be returned to us, there would be a delivery charge to resend your order.
We strongly recommend that you propose an address where there will always be someone present to sign for the delivery- such as works or neighbours address.
