Just a reminder for some working habits:
1. Be fully prepared before a meeting. If you really don’t have time, please at least think about the key tops, issues that customer will mention, and your solution.
2. Meeting minutes/conclusion: send out the key issues and conclusions discussed during the meeting so you can make sure everyone is on the same understanding.
3. Please take note. Don’t just go and come back without any biz progress.
4. Even it’s just casual meeting for maintaining relationship, still try to ask for market info such as dealer TAM and I.H.S.
