Welcome to Aiyara Thai Restaurant, owned and operated by "Sermbhongse" family, is conveniently located in the Town of Leesburg historic district, Virginia. Aiyara Thai Restaurant is a full service restaurant with patio seating and full bar featuring authentic Thai cuisine from Chef Kanchana (Aunty Goong). Chef Kanchana grew up in one of the busiest districts in Bangkok called "Klong Taey" and had gained her Thai cooking expertise from her mother who owned a food street cart called "Kaow Gaang" for 30 years. After that chef Kanchana had opened her own restaurant for 10 years before coming to US to help her sister (Chef Thippawan) run Thai Culpeper and Thai Winchester. In 2009, chef Kanchana had decided to open her own restaurant with her son (Noom) and her daughter in-law (Apple) in Town of Leesburg.

Aiyara Thai Restaurant offers an authentic Thai food with our own homemade recipes pass through generations. You will get and feel the same original Thai taste and spiciness like you were in Bangkok, Thailand. Like our "No. 50 Pad Phed Pha", we make it 5-elephant hot scale because the main feature of this dish is hot and spicy from different herbs to bring the good flavor. Our diverse and flavorful menu has designed to suit for every customer who say no to spicy or someone who never get enough of chili. Moreover, we also created dish for vegetarians so you can also enjoy Thai food. One of the important keys to assure the quality of our wonderful food is the use of fresh herbs and spices such as lemon grass, basil, galanga, cilantro and kaffir lime leaves. We cook the food fresh to order with no MSG added since we have also concerned for food safety as much as our customer health. (-- because we eat the food too!! )

Thai food is internationally famous for being healthy. The herbs using Thai food not only provide unique flavor, but they also have varying degrees of medicinal and therapeutic benefits. Low in calories but rich in taste.
