Arrange meetings

Compose and Distribute emails to all concerned for making inquiries
Provide assistance for team
Keep track of the daily work of administrative

Perform any other duties and jobs which bosses may, from time to time, reasonably request
Maintain paper and electronic filling systems for records
Keep track of document transmittal records of project related documents
Control incoming documents & outgoing documents
Type reports and other types of documents from handwritten copy
Keep and Maintain confidential document; personal information, personnel
Qualifications
Bachelor Degrees or Diploma in any fields
Minimum 1-2 years experience in construction field
Good knowledge in computer application
Good command of English
