We have been reported for some connection drops which resulted in high latency for user authentication.
The investigations are going on all ends up (Application, Platform , Network), meanwhile to confirm that if F-5 is involved in this issue we require your assistance.
The symptom of the problem is User facing high latency during authentication. The authenticators are behind F-5 and the logs in the authenticator servers suggests that they are processing requests in milliseconds.
But as user is facing latency for almost 30 seconds, so question is from where this extra latency getting induced . is it that its getting delayed in the F-5 box level.
The problem occurred yesterday 3 times intermittently and also today morning it reoccurred and got resolved after some time .
The duration was around an hour.
We have not received any error output from the system as such related to the VIP the service is bound to.
No changes made in the system.
No actions taken at F-5 level till now.

Occasional high latency faced by users during authentication. Performance Impaired
