Business back ground between BA and Varian : With our long term business relationship almost twenty years, I actually have never had any pricelist or price book for Varian product in my hand since the day one that we dealing business together. In our normal practice, if the customer ask for a price of Linac or have to submit a tender, which all the LINAC projects here is a turnkey project that BA need to support not only LINAC machine but also all related equipment and construction for the customer. I actually will send a LINAC configuration and all customer requirement that related to LINAC machine to Varian HK for quoting a price before submitting to customer here in Thailand. We do this process in every project and I will not submit any single tender price without price approval from Varian HK, even Wattanosoth project that follow this process.
