If Mr Surasit is self-arranging his flight, please find below reimbursement sum and procedure for your information:-
Flight
Partner can choose to book their flight and reimburse while onsite or TT the amount to their company.
Based on the travel compliance policy guideline, HP will reimburse the Thailand (Bangkok) partner up to USD2,020.00.
Kindly note that travel insurance is not covered should the air ticket is purchase from a source, other than HP appointed travel agent.

Reimbursement Process
1. Travelers who choose to purchase tickets from a source, other than HP appointed travel agent, will be reimbursed up to the amount the ticket would have cost if purchased through the agency.
2. Travelers who choose to purchase tickets from a source, other than HP appointed travel agent, will not be offered an Insurance coverage during the travel and conference period.
3. All reimbursement claims must be supported by original receipts and E-Ticket as proof of purchase.
4. Complete the Travel Reimbursement Request form, scan copy of original receipts and E-Ticket and email to GPC APJ Travel Secretariat travel@apj-hpgpc.com by February 28th, 2014.
5. Onsite Reimbursement are available for pick up on March 25th and 26th at the Hospitality Lounge from 10am to 4pm. Payment not picked up on March 26th will be processed 3 to 4 weeks after the event.
6. The individual picking up the payment must present a valid Identification Card or Passport.
7. All Reimbursement onsite in USD currency only.
8. APJ Secretariat on behalf of HP will directly reimburse the traveler or to the organisation.
9. T/T Payment to the Travelers organisation will be process within 3 weeks after travel has been completed.
