Last week dt.16/08/13 we have received a paper bag shipment in Singapore port but we cleared the shipment only by today because we did not received any proper pre alert from your side and I informed you before whenever you send shipment to us I asked you to send Original BL or copy of the BL to us for to clear the shipment in time but this time I did not receive OBL/BL copy from your side until Tuesday. After I asked you yesterday then only you forward to me BL copy. So we cleared the shipment by today but we incurred storage charges SGD2500.Can you please check with your forwarder to bare this charges because of not providing the BL in time we incurred storage charges.
