3) We heard complaint about BVZ delivery times being too slow sometimes, pushing customers to buy elsewhere: Rolly Tasker, TTD, LekStar, etc.. at comparable, but often slightly higher prices.
4) I came to the idea to set it up as an OUTDOOR FABRIC OUTLET or SUNBRELLA OUTLET, where we could put some non-moving stock allowing customers to shop around and buy fabrics at discounted prices, to get rid of our excess stock of fabrics. We can sell cut lengths of the non-moving stock but give ADDITIONAL discount if they take it all. Of course we can also keep some stock of the most popular colors there for quick sale and delivery.
5) At the same time, it can also serve as a Suniture service station: repair umbrellas (part-time handyman), office for Suniture staff, sample storage, etc…
6) If done nicely, it can serve as accommodation for BKK staff when going to Phuket on business trip.
7) Logistic support
I am not sure about the cost of decorating the place:
- Office and showroom (cutting table), display racks
- Air conditioners
- Accommodation furniture and appliances (fridge, microwave, TV)
- Internet
- Phone
- Refurbishment inside (paint)
- Facelift of the outside (cleanup)
