B -SLIM consists of five stage of understanding instructions for a lesson. Teacher seen in several of the case study so teacher must to know well the intelligence differences among different student. Stage 1 "Giving it" The Giving It stage of B-SLIM is where the teacher chooses WHAT to teach and HOW to present it. Stage 2 Getting It, this stage of the model helps students to LEARN; that is to understand AND remember. Stage 3 "Using it" activity. It triggers a higher level of thinking, in other words creativity of language use. The next stage of named "Proving it". In this stage, the activity becomes more authentic and the learners show spontaneous language use in a meaningful context or a project. The end of stage is "Assessing it" that teachers assess both the progress of the learners and the effect of their instruction throughout every class.
