• • Responsible with in-mall music and stand by at the information counters before shopping mall hours.
• Makes an in-mall's announcement according to open, close, public holidays and tenant's promotion following the procedure.
• Daily call to in-mall tenants for receiving the their posts from 5 o’clock onwards.
• Record lost & found report and keep the belongings to the safe cabinet.
• Do the daily reports, duty checklist and inform customer or tenant complained to the departments which concern accordingly.
• CRM's staffs send daily report, duty checklist everyday
• Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer service's departmental team. The team's objectives are develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the customer relationship management.
