Summarizing
Many countries have to consider SREB/MSR of China and China needs to preclude hostile nations from exploiting its benefits. Indeed the SREB/MSR project helps China better connect to Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia by increasing access transporting routes. At the meantime, Xinjiang and Tibet are provided great development and security by Beijing and curtail any supports that Uygur dissident groups exploit Muslims in Central Asia. Moreover, China provided more financial assistance to neighboring countries for transport infrastructures and facilities.
Nevertheless, China has to concern many issues. First, India, America, and Russia may be discomforted with the interest of China in maritime Southeast Asia. Besides, countries in these regions do not prefer to be the facilitator for the efforts of China to curb a rival. Also, China needs to tackle the notion that SERB/MSR is too centric for China and allocates only marginal benefits to other participating countries together with identifying who will provide security for NSR ports.
