The problems that found on operating this role in Saamran Tour group are selling a ticket is rather difficult because our most targets or customers are teenagers who do not like to travel to temple where are most destinations of Saamran Tour, and second problem is the location for selling a ticket and provide informations for customers is not good because in fornt of our group or company is narrow and crow. In the part of solutions for these problems are we try to provide more information about attraction or prominent point of each destination to customers for persuade them to buy a ticket and we do not forget to talk politely and smile with them to make them feel comfortable and informally, the second solution about the location is we do not sell a ticket or provide information only at the company, but we try to do it at another places.
