The purposes of this research was to study and compare the academic administration of the school administrators according to the opinion of teachers and academic teachers in Trat education service area office. This study are divided depending on school size and their status. The samples consisted of 299 teachers and 97 academic teachers who come form the large school (21 schools) and small school (76 schools). The research instrument was a five – rating – scale questionnaire and the data were analyzed using by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and independent samples t-test.
