1. Medical Reimbursement process now using technical support created the program on L.O.Z.A and will start to use the new program on July 2015.
2. Update staff information into Data Easy (on HR Management programe) for to be in order and share some staff information with Receptionist and Facility (for example : Employee Number, Name , Nick name , Position, and Supervisor,)
3. Update Organization chart is update and put on share point yearly or needed for staff reference.
4. Tracking contract ending date for 10 contractors, make sure ending date, and inform with HRS and Supervisor to decide to extend or end the contract, and making the the new contract.
