At a feeding rate of over 500 mL/h, vapor was generated on the walls of the evaporation chamber, and the complexes became stuck on the wall, and as a result, small and fine maltodextrin/NaCl complexes were not produced at over 500mL/h (Belowimage). Therefore, the 500mL/h feeding rate was the optimal maximum speed for this study.
