In cases of any cancellation issues and as per my suggest you earlier, pls write an emails to notice customer first on the cancellation incur, pls hold on to issue the official invoice because there is many customers who always give us a good support and be our good accounts which we need to concern about them keep remaining on our services, So after customers got a cancellation notice then they will come back to our mkt executive who will discuss with me about the issues and I will consider on case to case basis.
