1. Top level: Aging donuts for all customer types that the user has access to. It would show it for all warehouses, as a location has not been selected at this time.
2. Middle section: Map display with all warehouses indicated, along with the average age in that warehouse. (would show for all customer types, as this has not been selected when first opening the page)
3. Bottom section: Trend over time. Could show for all customer types globally at first, although mostly they’d view this for a specific customer type for a specific location.
• Drill-downs will need to drill to a product category based view before drilling further to individual items.
• Ideally users can explore information just by clicking / drilling down. Setting filters or selecting a data set is a more advanced feature but ideally shouldn’t be required to get somewhere.
• Looking at Jason’s graphs that he uses for clients, it seems he uses fewer age ‘buckets’; (0-90, 91-180, 181-365 and >365). That makes for a cleaner display for the first dashboard view. Other tabs could show more detail. I attach the presentation files that Jason sent me.
