I have been used the same material spec with your sample , the material spec is PET12/LLDPE70.
Below is the some question to need your reply ASAP :-
1) Do you have confirmed to done this current spec with your customer first ? Yes
2) Could you found the damage/broken of bags before ship out ? No
3) Do you have the same problem with the Sweet Chilli item ? No
5) How to pack the goods into plastic bags and the carton ? Please see attached picture.
4) How many % damage of YAKITORI bags ? Please see customer reply below.
6 ) How to arrange the goods when it arrived to your customer's store. Please see customer reply below.
A few customers contacted us so far and not all cartons opened yet so and we have no idea of the full percentage .
IN due time we will see how many claims we get.
It can also happen that the bag is not broken until it reaches final destination and then the end customer might not even bother to contact the supplier….
Please understand that cartons are opened by humans and bags placed in the counter one by one. Suppose they are opened in different way depending of the person in charge.
The bags should however not break when handled in a normal way and these are most likely not treated better or worse way than any other Happy Chef bag with sticks we had in the past .
Sorry for any inconvenience but we really need to make sure that the broken bags aren't happen from the transportation process.
This is out of L&E to control.
However if you can reply for all , I will get back any solution to you again.
