Standard ELISA curve representative of the analysis of raw materials'
& final meat products' OTA content is presented in Fig. 2. The
estimated LOD and LOQ values are shown in Table 1.
The validation of the methods employed to the effect of determining
raw material OTA content resulted in the mean recoveries ranging
from 75.4% (muscle tissue) to 92.3% (blood), while that descriptive of
meat products amounted to 70.5%.
