Notice of Restrictions
In the event that the Goods or the Specifications or any part thereof are, or are likely to be, subject to any restriction arising from such applicable laws, regulations or otherwise as stated herein, the Seller shall so notify the Buyer and shall, at its cost, take any and all necessary actions to ensure the strict compliance with the same and submit upon the request from the Buyer and/or the Customer the certificate or instrument certifying such compliance.
