Let me think. This seems like a very intelligent and difficult question to answer. May be we will have to use big data analytical tools to review all previous shipment documents for the last five years, use artificial intelligence algorithms to figure out the answer of the question!!!
The very fact that we are exchanging these emails for the very first time answers the questions!
We have mentioned that it’s a typographical error. It means that someone who made the packing list made that mistake! Rest all the documents are correct and consistent.
We had sent the documents to you for the translation for pre-release four days prior to the arrival of shipment. It seems no one noticed this at your end also, while the translation happened for pre clearance! So sometimes things are missed out. It happens when humans work.
