Please kindly note that as our term is FCA Hong Kong, so when my forwarder deliver the cargo to ALPS HK, they should double confirm is there any damage on the cargo before they proceed with the delivery BY SEA, your forwarder have the right to reject Sumida cargo if there is any damages on the cargo, and from there my logistics will inform Sumida Singapore about the problem. But now cargo has already reached MITACHI so we will not be able to investigate when and where did the cargo got damaged and who to claim for this damaged.
