Constipation or Bowl incontinence related to inconsistent pat- tems of elimination. an or pain during elimination.
Expected outcome. The child will have normal bowel function. as evidenced by the passage of soft stools without pain or incontinence, maintenance of a well-balanced diet high in fiber and suficient fluid intake, and decreased reliance on laxatives.
