As mentioned to you before, the sellers nominated bank is also the mortgagee bank(please read my earlier mail on suspense account).
The remaining funds (90% of purchase price + bunkers/lubes costs) must be send to the suspense account of the nominated bank (mortgagee bank) 3 banking days before actual delivery.
This monies sit in the suspense account (not sellers account) and upon final agreement/settlement of the bunkers and lubes amount, the total agreed amount which include the 90% of the purchase price will be released to the sellers nominated bank together with the 10% deposit that was held with the Escrow Agent. It is highly recommended to remit slightly more funds to the suspense account. Any excess remaining in the suspense account will be return back to Buyers
