Kindly please assist to confirm why is it taking so long to dispatch an engineer to site as the email yesterday informed that the site visit could take place today between 10am Thailand time.

Please take note that the service has been down for a period of time.
We do understand there is no SLA on this but we have not obtained a firm update with regards to this service. I would highly appreciate if you could put your attention on this as the previous case, the downtime was also a long period and the root cause was the ADSL modem was faulty.
Please work on this and revert back on the dispatch by today.
