Severe Cold Heart (Unique Passive Effect)
Protects all allies from debuffs for 2 turns. Blocking will take effect and increases the Critical Rate of all allies by 50%. Freezes the enemy for 2 turns at a certain rate with each basic attack. (This effect also applies to Counterattack and Speed Attack.)
Severe Cold Strike (Cooldown: 74 sec)
Inflicts 100% Physical Damage on 1 enemy 3 times. Piercing will take effect and freezes the enemy for 2 turns at a certain rate. (Unfreezes after 2 turns or when attacked and additionally inflicts 160% Damage afterwards while ignoring the enemy's Defense. Also, if a frozen enemy is hit with another Freeze skill, the enemy will receive 100% additional Damage.)
Severe Cold Earthquake (Cooldown: 110 sec)
Inflicts 90% Physical Damage on 3 enemies 2 times. Ignores the enemy's Defense and freezes the enemy for 2 turns at a certain rate. (Unfreezes after 2 turns or when attacked and additionally inflicts 100% Damage afterwards while ignoring the enemy's Defense. Also, if a frozen enemy is hit with another Freeze skill, the enemy will receive 100% additional Damage.)

Here’s our explanation for the new changes.
First, is Spike’s passive, Severe Cold Heart.
As we mentioned already, we have acknowledged that Spike’s unique and main role has been to protect his team from debuffs. Based on the feedback, we believe that this is the direction players would like to see from Spike.
We want to maintain Spike’s position where he is useful in different modes. However, we don’t want him to overshadow other heroes! Additionally, we have improved Spike’s Crit rate buff for allies and maintained his block passive.
Also, we have added “Chance to freeze enemies with a normal attack for 2 turns.” This gives Spike a chance to freeze an enemy more often, making him very formidable with the “improvements to the Freeze status effect.”
Second, is Spike’s active skills.
Severe Cold Strike now has an additional attack and piercing effect aside from the normal damage.
We’ve also greatly increased the proc rate of the freeze effect. As the Tyrant of ice, it only makes sense for him to easily freeze his foes. Pair this with his ability to freeze with normal attacks and we’re looking at a world full of pain!
Severe Cold Earthquake used to be a skill that attacks all enemies. However, we have reduced the number of targets to three, but increased the number of hits. We also greatly increased the proc of freezing enemies. In addition, we have added the ignore defense effect which makes this skill a threat to beefy foes.
Through this revamp, we want to him to become a hero who can lock down his foes and deal damage by creating an opening.
