University Degree with at least 3-year customer interface experience in shipping industry.
• Demonstrated professional phone communication skills
• Good team player, able to work with people of different levels
• Computer literacy and Internet knowledge
• Effective communication skills in both Thai and English
• TOEIC score of 650 or higher is preferable (Should be fluent in English Communication)
• Able to work under pressure, good attitude with service-mind
• Be proactive to think win-win and make a positive difference
• Willingness to learn new things and cope well with rapid changes
