It is easier said than done just to let our suppliers know to invoice separately.
My reasons being:
1. What if the landlord, cleaning company and security company does not agree to split the bill to 2?
2. Can I tell TOT or PEA to split the telephone and electricity bills?
3. So last year TCZL have free rental to do business at the expense of TC Autohub? This was never agreed.
I am not agreeable with your proposed arrangement.
Perhaps, like what Khun Chotisak had previously advised, according to correct accounting practice and legally, we can find other ways to invoice inter-company correctly.
