>BCP will be installed in Two piece , thereby creating a gap of 1-2 mm b/w two piece. ( Single Piece can't be installed due to layout constraint -sharp edge on bumper at upper position)
Who has judged this direction? Please let me know.

>HAC-ID (SEDBQ) members made proposal to Install BCP at lower bumper position beneath Fog light as single piece of BCP can't be installed at upper bumper position & no other OEM has installed in two piece
>We had also discussed with HCIL Marketing team for model-2TQ & they have also requested to us to look both "aesthetic aspect & functional aspect " of FR-BCP
>We will wait for your final direction & approval on 07-Nov'14
My question is who has judged that it must be two pieces if it is upper position. Please let me know specific name of the person. And please let me know how that conclusion was made. Is it result of the test?
>SP & PP also agreed not to locate on upper position.
Who actually agreed? Please let me know actual name.

>Styling of Part need to be improved as to keep same styling as current 2CD or 2VL-4D ,
I can not understand this thinking. Because dispensing process does not have enough room to improve styling than current one which is injection mold. Dispensing process basically requires flat shape.

> Here We are taking only about A -Surface styling & Outer profile or shape of Part which can be located at current position , I have also told QC/PUR/PP that since B-Surface of BCP is the Flat surface so it can't be >located on Bumper position having high sharp edges & angles
What is the area that we need to improve in A-surface of current design? Please let me know.
>BSM -FR Door will also include the LOGO of Model ( AMAZE & BRIO) Separately with color
Who has made this direction? I would like to minimize tooling cost by commonizing tool for 4D/5D even it is 2 pieces.
>Reply:
>If we keep FR-BSM in two pieces, even then Tooling will be common for both 4D/5D as small piece can be adjusted in Single mold frame along with Bigger size
Please investigate if it is possible to include two different small pieces with each car logo (Brio/Amaze) in one mold along with main part of BSM.
