These may have been discuss during your appraisal in related to your current role-you need to relate your informal knowledge of yourself to the requirements of your aspirations.
What development opportunities are available to enhance my skills and meet my development needs?
These will include formal training, opportunities arising from client work and internal roles, self teach options etc.
