1. Achieving sales targets, including for sales revenue, gross profit, operational results and market share.
2. Working with Projects and Solutions team members to achieve the overall targets of the Projects and Solutions department.
3. Effectively forecasting sales and planning projects to complement the company’s logistics/supply chain operations.
4. Identifying growth opportunities through new products, potential new market segments, customers and channels (e.g. system integrators, OEMs and key accounts).
5. Developing the business by engaging with end user clients, lighting designers, architects and interior designers.
6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
7. Assisting the manager to conduct special projects as assigned.
