Control and monitor aircraft movements in all routes, while ensuring on-time departure and landing time according to the planned flight schedule.
Distribute aircraft movement messages of all flights operated by PG, Code Share Flights, and any other PG’s contracted airlines to relevant PG department.
Cooperate with Airport Operation Control Center (AOCC) for arranging Aircraft Parking Bays and Passenger Boarding Gates of all PG flights and other flights using PG’s ground services, then notify to other concerning departments/divisions for further proceeding.
Control and monitor information regarding flight movement messages through the Electronic Data Processing System in order to provide accurate mutual understandings between all departments and to ensure flights have been operated on-time and in the most efficient manner.
Monitor VHF/HF radio communications including Data Link ACARS Message, Air Radar Situation Display, Ground Radar Situation Display, Flight Information Display System (FIDS), Weather Information Display System (WIDS) and other communication facilities in order to ensure updated information for operating the flights (Aircraft Monitoring, Aircraft Movement, Parking Bay, Boarding Gate, and Weather Condition), for planning and estimating flight departure and landing time in the most efficient and smooth manner.
Record all communications between the Flight Operations Officers and the pilots during the entire operation flights including pre departure and after landing using the communication recorder, the file of which the file (recorded communications) will be retained for IOSA audit purpose.
Notify aircraft movement messages to all relevant ground personnel at destination/alternate airports for landing difficulty and possible aircraft diversions, while cooperating with them to provide prompt assistance and services to passengers and crews as appropriate.
Coordinate with Fuel Agency to provide the service on-time.
Control portable water onboard by analyze passenger booking and create Portable Water Report to support Company Fuel Saving Policy
Create Turn Schedule Report (TSR) and distribute to Passenger Service Division, Fuel Agency, and any other relevant departments.
Create Apron Report and submit to Airport Operation Control Center (AOCC) at Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
Notify updated weather information including bad weather, heavy rain, and thunder storm received from Airport Authority to all relevant departments in the Air Side to ensure the highest safety concerns.
Cooperate with concerning departments to arrange transportation for dispatching crews to the aircraft on-time without causing any flight delays.
Record and complete required information regarding all flight movements within 30 minutes after the Actual Time of Arrival (ATA), including Off Block, Air Born, On Block, In Block, number of passengers on board, and amount of fuel on board
Notify Flight Termination Status to pilots and to all concerning ground departments/divisions.
Report any damage/hazards or any situations concerning Crisis, Emergency, Safety & Security issues through the IQSMS.
Act as a communication center to receive and transmit messages received from pilots to all relevant departments including information regarding passengers, technical problems, and any other related issues.
Carry out all duties efficiently and strictly according to Quality, Safety, and Security concerns required by the company.
