This is a gentle reminder of the approaching ASEAN-Japan Youth Forum as you and your country fellow delegates should deliver a Country Report presentation. We would like to notify you;

1. It is going to be easier should you make the paper separately from the presentation material since we are going to refer to the paper you made for the Focus Group Discussion and further activities in the Forum.

2. In light to your country report presentation, you ought to provide the info and review of the established partnership between your country and other ASEAN country members plus Japan on those three pillars of ASEAN Community; Political-Security, Economic and Socio-Cultural.

3. You also ought to provide a recommendation how those current partnerships could be implemented and create a new partnership on the youth-sphere in ASEAN and Japan. Please keep the paper short and not exceeding 5 pages. On the day of your presentation, you will be given 10 minutes to deliver your report in the forum.


4. To secure your attendance status for this forum, you have to send a confirmation mail included attachment of your flight ticket to Bengkulu by February 16 2015. Should you are not assure yet the time you can send us the the confirmation (included your flight ticket), kindly contact the committee directly since we have to arrange the membership and accommodation should one decided to draw back from the forum and we can offer the chance to those on the waiting list status of membership.

5. Final delegates of the batch 2 will be announced on February 15, you can directly check our website.
