Recruiting is the first thing HMR needs to do. “Recruiting is a process of developing a pool of qualified job applicants” (William McWilliams 2010/2012, p220). To build up a pool of qualified job applicant requires HRM to do job analysis, job description and job specifications. When they analysis job, HRM needs to know what kind of people is suitable for the position, what knowledge the job requires, the reason why people do this job, and what, how, when they do it(William McWilliams 2010/2012, p221).
