1. Chinese Green Tea
Often referred to as “unfermented” tea. It has undergone minimal oxidation during processing . Taste: Unlike most Japanese steamed green tea, Chinese green teas are pan-fired (like Hoijicha) giving them a smoky and hearty taste
Water for green tea, should be around 80 °C to 85 °C (176 °F to 185 °F)
