1. The pump run well (generate proper discharge & stable pressure, no
cavitation) initially for 10 minutes without any abnormal sound, etc.

2. Do your engineers hear any rubbing sound from the cold end –
impeller and volute?

3. Can they turn the shaft by hand now? Or can turn the motor fan by
hand

4. Once we know the cause of the problem – i) bearings? Ii) impeller
with volute?, etc. we will take proper action for it

5. How about the other unit of TC21 1x2x6 that purchased earlier? Is it
working well?
