The elderly are often ignored, stereotyped as no longer competent for everyday tasks and looked down on as slow or in-intelligent. Our elders are our previous teachers, CEOs, innovators and those who evoke change, but the outer appearance of them can easily smear the human perception of them into something useless and worthless. Leveticus 19:32 says, “You shall stand up before the gray head and honor the face of an old man, and you shall fear your God: I am the Lord.” As our children are our future, the elderly have produced the greatest moments of our past.
