(a) perform the requirements of your position and conduct any business on behalf of the Company
in compliance with all “Anti-Corruption Legislation” (being the Bribery Act 2010 (UK), the
Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 (USA) and any additional anti-corruption laws applicable to
the Company’s business, the requirements of which are notified to you by the company through
applicable training, the Jacobs Code of Conduct or otherwise);
(b) comply with the Jacobs Code of Conduct;
(c) maintain detailed, accurate and up to date records and accounts showing all payments made by
you, or to you, in connection with your performance of the requirements of your position under
this Agreement, and in the course of conducting any business on behalf of the Company;
(d) promptly report to your manager any breach or potential breach of the AntiCorruption
Legislation
or
the Jacobs Code
of Conduct by
you or by another
employee, agent,
consultant
or
contractor
of the Company,
of
which
you become aware
(“Potential
Breach”);
(
e)
cooperate
fully
with
the
Company
in
respect
of
any
Potential
Breach
and
provide
all
information,
documents,
communications
(electronic
or
otherwise),
records,
systems,
names and
details
of persons
concerned
or involved
as requested
or directed
by
the Company for
the purpose
of investigating the Potential Breach pursuant to the Anti-Corruption Legislation or the Jacobs
Code of Conduct;
(f) co-operate with the Company in connection with the Company’
s continuing compliance with
Anti-Corruption Legislation and the Jacobs Code of Conduct;
(g) undergo all applicable training in relation to the AntiCorruption
Legislation
and
the Jacobs
Code
of Conduct,
as directed
by the
Company
from
time to time.
If
for any
reason
you
fail
to
act in accordance
with
the
“Anti-Bribery
and
Anti-Corruption”
clause
of
this Contract:
which gives rise to a Potential Breach; and
the Company conducts an investigation into the Potential Breach; and
the Company finds that you have breached either the Anti-Corruption Legislation or the
Jacobs Code of Conduct,
The Company may terminate your employment under this Contract without notice.
Computer Equipment and Software/Company Property
The Company prohibits the unauthorised download, deployment, reproduction, modification or
use of computer software purchased, licensed or otherwise obtained from an outside vendor or
other third party (including internet sources). You are obligated to make yourself aware of and
comply with the Company’s policies and procedures applicable to usage of our computer
equipment and software, including our policies on the appropriate use of email, the internet and
social networking sites. You are under an ethical and legal obligation to ensure you do not either
knowingly (or could reasonably be assumed to know) breach the Company software policies or
any applicable laws. All software downloads require prior approval from IS Service Delivery.
All Company property, including computer equipment, software, methodologies, documentation,
materials, working papers, any other items developed during the course of employment, security
cards and keys which belong to the Company, including any copies which have been reproduced,
must be returned upon termination of employment or whenever requested.
You will be provided with access to a computer for your business use in the office. If you are
