One of the most strongest of Confucius is to Filial piety . and to the elders in general:
The Master said, "A youth, when at home, should be filial, and, abroad, respectful to his elders" .
"While a man's father is alive, look at the bent of his will; when his father is dead, look at his conduct. If for three years he does not alter from the way of his father, he may be called filial"
Another important point he emphasizes is that talking without an action is nothing :
"The Master said, "Fine words and an insinuating appearance are seldom associated with true virtue."
"The superior man is modest in his speech, but exceeds in his actions"
But maybe the strongest thing is to be faithful(to yourself and others):
"Hold faithfulness and sincerity as first principles"
"To see what is right and not to do it is want of courage".
According to Confucius the superior man should love virtue:
"The superior man thinks of virtue; the small man thinks of comfort. The superior man thinks of the sanctions of law; the small man thinks of favors which he may receive."
