The best candidates will have a knack for cross-organizational management; the ability to understand how market-driven changes across different geographic regions affect our sales,
marketing, customer service, and the creativity to conceptualize new approaches that bring continual improvement.
The Director will work with EF’s senior leaders during each project. He or she will also be charged with identifying the appropriate measurement metrics to gauge and track the effectiveness of EF’s existing programs, as well as how we will track and measure improvements associated any program changes.
