average for the sample, which may suggest that they
have adopted a strategy of differentiation with respect
to the remaining groups.
Group 2 is the most diverse of all and is made up of
16 hospitals that correlate with both the positive side of
Factor 1 and the positive side of Factor 3. This means,
on the one hand, that they do not engage in strategic
action either in human resources or marketing, while
on the other, they are lacking in strategic action in any
of the areas considered, as shown by their correlation
with Factor 3.
