The results demonstrated that leaf and bark crude
extracts had significant cytotoxicity on HepG2 cell line.
Leaf and bark crude extracts decreased the viability of
HepG2 cells in a dose-dependent manner. The maximum
inhibition of cell growth (93.7 % with IC50) was
observed at the concentration of 100 µg/mL of leaf
crude extract and whereas inhibition of cell growth
(93.44 % with IC50) was observed at the concentration of
100µg/ml of barks crude extract.
