CT SCAN OF WHOLE ABDOMEN without and with IV contrast
A 47-year-old male, case of CA rectum and liver metastases S/P CCRT.
Compare with prior study on 14 july 2558.
The study reveals reduction of a hypodense mass, 2.6 cm in diameter, at segment 8 of right
lobe liver.
Disappearance of small ones at the rest of right lobe liver.
The biliary tree is not dilated.
Normally distended gallbladder contains no stone.
The portal vein is patent.
The pancreas, spleen, adrenal glands, kidneys and urinary bladder are normal.
Unchanged enhancing cirumferential thickening, 1.4cm in maximal thickness, at lower rectum.
The mesorectal fascia i preserved.
The stomach, small bowel and colon are not remarkable.
No free intraperitoneal fluid or intra-abdominal lymphadenopathy.
IMPRESSION:No interval change of CA lower rectum is considered
Regression of liver metastases
