The liqueurs were made from 10 species of colour fruits: chokeberry
(Aronia melanocarpa Elliot), cornelian cherry (C. mas L.),
blackberry (Rubus fruticosus L.), mahonia (Mahonia aquifolia (Pursch)
Nutt), raspberry (Rubus idaeus L.), blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum
L.), black rose (R. spinosissima L.), sloe (P. spinosa L.), strawberry
(Fragaria x ananassa Duchesne) and sour cherry (Prunus cerasus L.).
