Job Responsibilities
- Build good relationship with customers for set up a solid foundation in order to drive success category
- Visit customers both retailer and distributors regularly to keep a great relationship
- Develop business plan and in-store execution are aligned with company goal
- Manage tight budget control over expenditure as well as identify the opportunities to save cost
- Negotiate trade terms with customers to the most beneficial in both way
- Evaluate merchandisers’ performance and PC to
- Collect and analyze annual sales estimates by account with related parties as well as manage trade spending, business plan and action play with Line Manager
Job Requirements
- At least Bachelor’s degree or prefer Master’s degree in business related field
- Minimum of 4 years in Sales/Marketing experience sales (key account management, distributor management and Modern Trade)
- Strong in interpersonal and influential skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload in line with business needs
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Preferable candidates from FMCG business and Modern Trade Account experienced
