Progress Reviews
Progress Reviews are an opportunity for a colleague and their manager to have an open and honest conversation and to share feedback on their achievements (What) and their behaviour (How).
It's a chance for your team member to share with you how they believe they have performed and for you to share your feedback and assessment of their ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน.
It should be used to set and review Objectives and update Personal Development Plans, to define any improvement needed, and more importantly, as a great opportunity to celebrate success.
