1.in a sauce pan combine milk. cream.sugar and salt bring to heal for a few minutes

5.bring to bake in the preheaetd oven 145 on the watr-bath 30-35 minutes let stand in the water-bath for 10 minutes and bring to chilled in refrigerator
6. before seve sprinkles creame brulee with sugar and creamelize with PROPANE TORCH or under salamander
